Eligibility Requirements:

• Junior golfers (under the age of 19 on the day of the event)
• All golfers must have active GHIN membership from VGA member club
• All golfers must have active 2024 Vermont Junior Tour Membership

Divisions: 

• Boys (15 - 18): 15 years of age on or before July 23, 2024
• Girls (15 - 18): 15 years of age on or before July 23, 2024
• Boys (10 - 14): 10 years of age on or before July 23, 2024
• Girls (10 - 14): 10 years of age on or before July 22, 2024

If a player in the 10 - 14 age division wishes to move up to the 15 - 18 age division, he/she should indicate this in the questionnaire available during the registration process.

Format: 

• Boys 15-18 will play a back set of tees.
• Girls 15-18 will play a forward set of tees
• Boys 10-14 will play a forward set of tees.
• Girls 10-14 will play a forward set of tees.

July 23rd (Tuesday) - 

• 18 Hole Stroke Play Qualifying round for Match Play brackets
  • If division has over 16 golfers in it (maximum bracket size we can complete), then the low 16 scores will go to match play portion. All other golfers will have opportunity to come back on Wednesday and play an additional round for fun.

July 24tn (Wednesday) - 

• First two rounds of match play brackets.
  • Some brackets may have less golfers, and if so may complete on Wednesday and not Thursday.

July 25th (Thursday) - 

• Completion of final two rounds of match play brackets
• Award Presentation

Entry Fee: $50.00 per player. Includes golf, lunch and tee gift.

Registration: On-line registration opens March 15, 2024. 

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by July 16, 2024.  If a player wishes to enter the tournament after the entry deadline, and if there is an available spot for that player, there will be an additional charge of $10.00.

Tee Times/Pairings: Tee Times will be posted on this web portal as soon as practicable after the close of entries. They will also be emailed out to all participants.

Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire - collared shirts - no denim.  If in doubt, please call the pro shop.

Caddies: Are not allowed

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to the close of entries and will be refunded in full less a 3% credit card processing fee and can be done by logging into your profile, selecting the Stroke Play event and following the prompts to edit/cancel your registration.  After the close of entries and prior to the start of the tournament, entry fees will be refunded less a $10.00 pp cancellation fee and you must contact the VGA office. No refunds will be given after the start of the tournament.

Conditions/Schedules: The VGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein.  The decision of the VGA in any matter shall be final.
